Here is how the hour flows. Every step is slow, tailored to your skin and designed to feel as relaxing as it is good for you.
Consultation and skin analysis
5 minsWe start by getting to know your skin under my facial lamp, whether it leans dry, combination, dehydrated or sensitive. This is also where we chat through anything I need to know so I can tailor every step, right down to your finishing moisturiser.
Double cleanse
8 minsIf you are wearing makeup, we take it all off first, then I cleanse the face, neck and upper décolleté with slow, circular, sweeping movements and remove everything with warm, damp facial mitts. It hydrates rather than strips, so it already feels like a treat.
Facial steam
5 minsA gentle cloud of steam to soften and prepare the skin for what comes next. I keep it at a comfortable distance and check in with you the whole time, it instantly makes the room feel like a proper escape.
Tone
3 minsA sweep of glow toner with niacinamide to refresh and balance the skin. It is acid free, so this stays a relaxing facial, never a harsh peel.
Hydration mist
1 minEyes closed. Three slow sprays of a beautiful hydrating mist, a pause, then I press it gently into the skin. This is the moment you feel your shoulders drop.
Serum treatment
3 minsA crystal serum elixir pressed and swept into the skin as your treatment layer, prepping everything for the part I love most.
My signature 12 minute facial massage
12 minsA little facial oil, then a proper sculpting massage. Neck and décolleté, jaw, cheeks, forehead, feather light work around the eyes, finishing with soft sweeping and gentle fingertip tapping. This is my own Reset massage, not a standard beauty facial.
Mask ritual
10 minsYour choice of a nourishing clay mask or a premium sheet mask, applied with a brush so you feel every part of the ritual. While it works, you are never just left lying there, you choose a scalp massage or a hand and forearm massage so the whole hour flows.
Luxury eye treatment
includedCooling eye revival patches during the mask stage, then a gentle application of eye rescue around the orbital bone. A small, quiet moment that makes a real difference.
Final moisturising massage and finish
5 to 6 minsA slower, lighter massage with your perfect finishing moisturiser, sweep, lift, press, tap, release, getting gradually slower so the treatment has a real ending. A touch of lip oil, three final sprays of mist, headband off, upright, and the mirror reveal. A beautiful finish.
